I don’t have much for you this week. Thanksgiving hangover week really hits hard. Hopefully a little hair of the dog in terms of picks can get us back on our feet.

Pretty disappointing Thanksgiving card if we’re being honest with ourselves here.  Maybe it was the early week picks, maybe it was the smoked turkey, maybe it was Grandma’s wine. Not even bad beats, straight up bad picks.  Sure, one or two of these really should’ve gone our way but nothing that’s going to put us into the black.  The one bright spot was the Falling Totals system going 2-0 with both Oregon and Vandy going over easily.  This brings the system to 6-2 on the season and secures a recurring spot for it on the card.

I liked SVP’s soapbox from the pod Saturday night after the dust had just settled, “When you live your life for one day, you give that one day permission to say that none of the other days matter.”  He was discussing, of course, the team from Columbus.  But we’re better than that here so we must do as we do every week; go through the DK account recovery process, delete the bank statement, create a new Venmo account, and find some winners for this weekend.  We don’t dwell on the past—good or bad.
